At Southern Spaces our vision is to provide families with homes that are beautiful, well-built, and functional. Each home is custom-built; not merely a “spec house”. As we believe in the power of curb appeal we strive to choose plans that stand out as ones of distinction, and architectural balance and proportion. Moreover, we lean toward interiors which possess a tasteful, comfortable elegance—never “trendy”, which “dates” a home. We make use of large design elements such as architecturally pleasing facades, custom wood windows and doors, and old brick which give a home a warm, rich feel. Then we employ small finishing details that one might not notice individually, but collectively create an unmistakably well thought out package. Finally, and most importantly, we build a home as if we will be living in it ourselves. We believe in our finished product, and know that you would enjoy living in a home built by Southern Spaces. |
